1.Platform:

2. Lead rail:
It is made from high strength I or H type steel plate. -
3.Control boxes:
The control box and control panel are both included, and have variable function speed controls that can be changed from both platform and base controls to ensure safe operations at work sites. -
4. Pump station:
It is made up by motor and hydraulic oil tank. First class quality in China. -
5. Hydraulic cylinder:
It is the most important device for the platform lifting up and down. The oil in the cylinder makes the cylinder stretch out and straw back, then the platform lifting up and down. -
6. Chain:
It is the second device for safety. We make chain and wire rope to protect the platform not falling down and unbalance loading. - Use hydraulic lifting system, with single cylinder, when lifting up, gear pump pumping oil into the cylinder rotation driven by the motor, then cylinder will go up under the pressure of hydraulic oil, driving up the chain increases.
- Chains were fixed with lifting table(cabin), so lifting table(cabin) rises; When lifting down, the table will go down by its own weight, through the solenoid valve to let the cylinder hydraulic oil go back into the tank, so that the table will decline steady.
